Clean room, charming and quiet location with good access to attractions. Comfortable bed exceeded expectations, even better than 5* hotels. Family-friendly with spacious rooms and shared kitchen/common room with books, games, and well-equipped kitchen. Lovely outside area for relaxation. Guided tours available. Far better than cramped and expensive rooms.

This hotel has a fantastic location, being close to everything that matters - the city center, the concert venue we were attending, and the Roman Arena. The staff here were very friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms on the upper floor were spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail that made our stay comfortable. We also loved the breakfast, which included local wines and added a special touch to our mornings.
